I had a pleasant stay, enjoying the spacious executive double room and the relaxing spa facilities. However, some areas, like the dining service, need improvement as my orders were slow to arrive. While the atmosphere was enjoyable, better attention to detail would enhance the overall experience.

The large grounds and beautiful views surrounding the hotel created a peaceful atmosphere for our two-night getaway. The spa and pool facilities were excellent, providing a calming retreat. there were issues with the room's maintenance and limited breakfast offerings, which could use improvement. some of the staff had an unhelpful attitude regarding the room situation.

However, the lack of clear signage for the entrance was frustrating, and I found service in the spa to be lacking during my visit. It’s also worth noting that the absence of air conditioning may be a concern during warmer periods.
